What a Roll-Off Container Is
A roll-off container is an open-top rectangular dumpster delivered on a specialized truck and rolled off at the job site. The container sits on your driveway or property while you load it, then we return to haul it away when you are done. Unlike a front-load dumpster on a commercial property, a roll-off is designed for one-time project use rather than ongoing service.
Container Sizes We Offer
We deliver containers in 10, 20, 30, and 40 cubic yard sizes. Choosing the right size upfront saves a second delivery fee:
- 10-yard: Single-room cleanouts, small bathroom remodels, garage cleanouts. Fits roughly 3 pickup truck loads.
- 20-yard: Whole-house flooring replacement, roofing, two-to-three room renovations. Fits roughly 6 pickup truck loads.
- 30-yard: New construction, major whole-home renovations, large additions. Fits roughly 9 pickup truck loads.
- 40-yard: Commercial demolition, large buildouts, heavy construction sites. Fits roughly 12 pickup truck loads.

When to Book

What You Can and Cannot Put in a Roll-Off
Roll-off containers accept most construction and demolition debris, household junk, furniture, yard waste (in separate containers for composting programs), and renovation material. Items that cannot go in a roll-off include:
- Hazardous materials: paint (liquid), chemicals, motor oil, pesticides
- Electronics (e-waste): computers, televisions, monitors
- Tires, batteries, propane tanks
- Asbestos-containing material
